"Only had a room for a few hours before getting picked up for the mount Bromo trip, however, it was a nice surprise. The room was nicely decorated and the shower was brilliant. The room was clean and tidy and the bed really comfortable. Would defiantly recommend, though I can't really comment on location as was only there for a few hours. There was however a big supermarket just outside which was handy"

"Nice hotel, strategic location and surrounded by 4 pokestop areas . The hotel also located near the biggest shopping mall at Surabaya. Easy to find good food near the hotel . Easy to find general taxy or uber taxy"

"Very near to Tunjungan Plaza, an ideal place for a business trip. The rooms are small but clean. The breakfast isn't much but edible, there were water dispensers everywhere, and they have vending machines for when you have nighttime cravings. All in all, an ok place to stay for a short visit"

"The hotel location is good. Near tunjungan plaza, near to local foods streets seller, near to public transport... near to amenities ie Indomaret. Hotel was very clean.. security was good, all access to the floor was locked with glasses and access card.. I give 5 star to the receptionist.. they are so welcoming... they smile a lot and very friendly and humble.. a girl staff name Novi and a guy staff name Yudi.. they were very polite.. Just love them so much"

"Hotel was near by Tunjungan Plaza, it was convenient to walk around as it was in the center of the town, quite a few good food places / restaurants were in short walking distance. The room was spacious. Breakfast area was decent, food selections were limited"
