Management favehotel Solo (Manahan Solo and Solo Baru) hosts their General Staff Meeting (GSM) event with their entire staff. The event was held in the Saffron Meeting Room, favehotel Manahan Solo, on Tuesday, August 29, 2023, with the theme "Barbie It's Show Time ".

"This event was to celebrate mutual openness and solidarity between employees and management and an appreciation for employees with the best employee announcement." Said Khuswatus Solikhin, Cluster Hotel Manager, favehotel Solo (Manahan Solo dan Solo Baru).

This year's General Staff Meeting event had a different format from the previous year, with the organizing committee being comprised of the Back Office team from favehotel Solo (Manahan Solo and Solo Baru). The event began with a photo of both in the Barbie box and then they were asked to write down their expectations for both their personal goals and the hotel, placing these notes in designated spots provided by the organizing committee. To begin the event, the back office team performed a Barbie Girl dance.

The event continued with the announcement of the best costume, various games, and the announcement of the winner of the race 17s. Participants from the back office team then performed with cosplay by the singer Krisdayanti.

The excitement then built in the Saffron meeting room as they awaited the announcement of the best employee of this year, won by Laila Sari Andani, FB Service Department favehotel Manahan Solo, and Hari Setyo, FB Product Department favehotel Solo Baru "The enthusiasm of the participants was incredible at the event, and it appeared that each participant wore amazing costumes, eager to win the best costume category."
